The Supermarket Tour

I uncovered this gem online earlier today. I am in the process of reading this and feel it is worth sharing. There is a lot of valuable information regarding how supermarkets lure you to buy foods that are not good for you. It goes into great detail to explain how produce is altered with many chemicals and processes before we put it in our baskets. I always thought apples were safe to buy non-organic because of their hard skin, and I was WRONG!

I love how it refers to genetically altered foods as Frankenfoods, lol!

Take a look!

Thanks for stopping by my blog from SITS! I've enjoyed looking at yours...I'm book marking it so I can come back later to read the article on the grocery store.

I'm very interested in this!
