Pantry Raid: My Very First Give-Away!!!!

Welcome to my Pantry Raid - You Are What You Eat Style!



I promised pictures of my pantry and fridge to see just what exactly I am eating and feeding to my family. I have to say my cupboards are looking a little bare as we are getting ready to go out of town in a week and we did not go grocery shopping this weekend like we usually do.

I took the liberty of sharing my pantry one shelf at a time. I'll let you take a looksie and let me know what you think is healthy and what you think is unhealthy.

Healthy items would be all natural and/or minimally processed with the first ingredient being whole grains, for instance.

Unhealthy items would be processed and have added chemicals. They would contain a lot of sugars like high fructose corn syrups, salts, MSG and may even contain hydrogenated oils.

The challenge is to find 7 items that are healthy and good for you and find 7 items that are not very healthy for you - given the descriptions I gave.

I will randomly pick one person with the right answers to win a box of Kashi Granola Bars. Kashi has a ton of awesome flavors for their granola bars. My personal favorite are the Pumpkin Spice Flax - Crunchy Bars. Mmmmmmmm I'll even let you pick out your favorite! (You can go to kashi.com if you are not familiar with their granola bars.)
