Real Delicious

Roast Beef & Bleu Cheese Pita

3 Slices natural Roast Beef
2 tablespoons crumbled Bleu Cheese
4 Slices tomato
2 oz of sprouts
1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp red wine vinaigrette dressing
1 whole wheat pita pocket

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise with the red wine vinaigrette dressing until smooth. Set aside.

Place two slices of the roast beef on a plate and top with bleu cheese. Lay the last piece of roast beef over the top. Put in microwave for 20 seconds. Remove and slice in half.

Take Pita bread slice in half and put in microwave to warm - about 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and open at seam. Stuff each half with the roast beef and bleu cheese, Add tomatoes. Drizzle with the dressing mix and top with sprouts.

We had this for dinner last night and it was DELICIOUS! We made broccoli cheese soup which paired nicely with this meal!
